It was a very effective team building exercise, the group’s common energy level increased by 50 percent after practicing together. There was flight within me!
Participant from Georgia
The trainers were very experienced, and they made the postures and movements accessible and easy for everyone. We had a sense of peace, even when just closing our eyes and breathing together in a circle.
Participant from Poland
We run youth camps every summer in the Hungarian countryside. The participants are from Hungary, Ukraine, Romania, and Poland. This year we decided to hire Eszter and Louise because we wanted to offer our participants something new and different to fulfill the team building portions of our camps. We were thrilled with their work. Not only was the acroyoga something exciting that our participants had never seen before, but it was also even more effective at bonding the group than our normal team building activities. The youngsters were not all equally comfortable communicating in English, so this practice was also a really great way for them to get to know each other and work together without the language barrier standing in the way.

I really enjoyed the urban yoga retreat with Eszter and Louise. After a yoga session and breathing exercises (also getting some theoretical insights) we got to know the basics of acroyoga! For me a completely new but very exciting part of yoga; the perfect explanations and demonstrations of the two yoginis helped us to base&fly! Thank you for this wonderful experience!
Julia from Germany
As a regular yoga practitioner, I had never before had the opportunity to try acroyoga. Louise and Eszter skillfully guided us through the movements and, before I knew it, I was flying others and being flown. I enjoyed the relationships that were created between partners in the acroyoga session, which is something different to individual yoga practice – it connected us all on a deeper level.
Jacob from Australia
I thought the environment was really supportive and helped to encourage everyone at the retreat to try new things. I never would have considered trying acroyoga before, but now I want to try it again since it was so fun!
Cali from the United States
It was a nice opportunity to branch out and meet people from other places and cultures while participating in a friendly, comforting, yet still challenging environment.
